Your student's financial aid application was selected for review in a process called "verification". Once you complete this form, we can continue processing their financial aid application. You may be asked to submit specific types of documentation, such as tax documents.
You must complete this form in one sitting. Your data will not be saved if the form times out (after approximately 15 minutes of no activity) or you close your browser. This form will take approximately 10 minutes to complete if all necessary documentation is ready.
For this process you may need to upload one or more of the following for you and, if married, your spouse or your student's other parent if unmarried, but living together:
- A signed copy of tax form 1040 and schedules 1, 2, and 3.
- A tax return transcript from the IRS.
- A verification of non-filing letter from the IRS.
- W-2s or wage statements.
- Foreign tax documents if you worked outside the U.S.
You will also need the completed, signed, and scanned parent certification form (linked on the agree to terms page of this form).
