GSSP Tracking - Minor Request

About this dashboard

The following list is of recent Graduate Minor Requests. 

Statuses:

  • Department review needed - Add requests only - This request needs to be reviewed and approved by the student's major GPC. 
  • Processing needed - This request needs to be reviewed, approved, and processed by GERT.
  • Approved/complete - GERT has approved and completed processing of this request. The student and major GPC and minor GPC (adds only) should have received a notification that this request approved and completed with any additional comments input by GERT. 
  • Denied - A GPC or GERT denied this request because it could not be processed. The student should have received a notification with comments about why this request was cancelled. 
  • Cancelled - A GPC, GSSP coordinator, or GERT cancelled this request as it was no longer needed.
  • Auto-cancelled - No action was taken on this request within 60 days of last action. It has automatically been cancelled. If it needs to be reopened, contact a GSSP coordinator or asr-eforms-help@umn.edu. 

Type: 

  • Add - Requesting to add a minor. These requests must be approved by the Major GPC before routing to GERT.
  • Remove - Requesting to remove a minor. These requests are routed directly to GERT.

Instructions

Search: Use the search bar in the top left of the widget to search by any information visible in the grid. Results will filter as you type.

Sort: Click the up or down arrow next to any column header to sort results in ascending or descending order of values in that clolumn. 

Refresh: The widget does not automatically refresh if any visible cases have recently been updated or new cases created. If something is not displaying and
