This dashboard is for Graduate Student Services & Progress (GSSP) to track graduate workflows in order to assist students, faculty, and staff with questions. 

The pages linked to the left contain student and request information to help you answer questions about requests. If you need further details or someone needs a link to complete their part of a process, contact a GSSP coordinator to lookup further details. 

This dashboard will display submissions for all compatible graduate processes:

• Graduate Minor Request
• Graduate Committee Assignment
• Graduate Reviewers' Report
• Graduate Exam Report

Additional processes will be added once updates are made to make them compatible and visible via a dashboard (currently Graduate Registration Exception & Thesis/Dissertation processes need to updated and added here).

Please note the following about access & visibility:

• GSSP CRRs will only see requests that they are assigned to. If they've recently joined the team, cases only update assignees when a step within the workflow is completed, so all active cases and all previously closed cases will not be visible.
• If a new team member needs to be added to the assignment group in Grouper, send an email to asr-eforms-help@umn.edu with their name and UMN email address to be added to the group. 
• GSSP Coordinators, One Stop Managers, and GERT will see all submissions if using this dashboard.
