Thesis Completion (THCO) Case List

About the THCO Form & Database

The Thesis Completion (THCO) form is used by UHP students for their final thesis submission. Thesis completion forms require the review and approval of three committee members before processing. Students must submit a copy of their final thesis on this form. The copy of the thesis is added to the UHP Thesis Database when a thesis completion form is submitted.

The Case Number listed for each request is unique to the student's submission. When referencing a specific case, please refer to the Case Number. This number is included in all email notifications that are sent out.

The following table will only display an advisor's assigned students based on the student's form submission. Advisors can search the table for a specific student's request. If a student does not show up, it is likely that the student did not list the advisor in the form.

All questions about this dashboard should be directed to Alejandra Watkins-Melgarejo at amelga@umn.edu or honors@umn.edu.
