[UHP Advisors] Jadu Forms Dashboard

The following links will direct you to the Jadu form case lists to view all cases, in progress or fulfilled/closed. 

You will be prompted to sign in via SSO to view the list of cases. The cases that will be shown will only be for your assigned students. If you do not see a student listed, it is likely that the student did not list you as the UHP advisor in the form.
